Exquise Link

Set Link

The Exquisite link can be set as follows:

1. Within Exquisite, go to “File – Settings Exquisite – Management – Maintenance of employees” and set the correct preferences for each employee.

2. Log in to the FlexLogin Portal, and click on “Settings“. Then go to “External Application Links” and add a new application with the following settings:

• Application Name: Exquise.
• Application Code: XQS.

3. After adding Exquise, an extra field has become available for each employee where the login name of Exquise can be filled in. Do this for all employees.

4. Finally, enable the login function within Exquisite via “File – Settings Exquisite – Management – Settings log in”.

First, restart the workstations to ensure that all new settings are in effect. When you then log in with FlexLogin and start Exquise, it will immediately start with the right employee. When logging off with FlexLogin, Exquise will also logout the user in the background.
